it to be chock full of good leadership principles and lessons I took rigorous notes throughout the book and had to go through it very slowly to really digest what he was saying so that I didn t breeze over a chapter or a section that really needed to be processed as to how I would then implement that principle in my leadership role 5 stars typically only go I ve heard that Maxwell is repetitive
