impatient throughout I found Amory Blaine to be a bit of a narcissistic bore, all the female characters thoroughly self obsessed and false, and most of the other characters either inconsistent, un memorable, or not believable I nearly always feel guilty about not liking a book In this case my guilt is compounded by the fact that someone who once meant a great deal to me ...DNFing this one Maybe it s because I m not in the mood, or maybe it s just slow and not my jam in general Either way, just thinking about picking this book up was not inspiring me to read so I m done.Of all the writing by
