religiously followed all of her series The first of this particular series was awful at best, and I was really hoping Maguire would redeem herself with the second installment I was hugely disappointed The characters were unbelievable and underdeveloped, the premise downright ridiculous Maguire takes every chance to toot her own horn, plugging her own Providence series within the pages of this book read it again McGuire knows how to pull me in and keep me there, and this book was no different I ve been a McGuire fan since I read Beautiful Disaster, years ago I never thought another book could
