tears to my eyes and I m sad I finished it although I already made her Laurie Colwin s tomato pie, which closes the book in the most lovely, poignant story and also helps to heal what ails you I never would have appreciated her writing and her simply but wonderfully, beautifully told little life lessons when I was younger so I m very grateful to have discovered Ann Hood s writing when I did This
