I ve nothing in common with these women I liked how the author built their characters by how they interacted with their families and how they felt about certain things It made them relatable and three dimensional I felt a deeper connection with themthan usual which is always a joy It s a sign of a good book. This is one of those toaster oven stories but it gets going pretty fast, there is some drama and a little bit of angst here and there but mostl 4.2 stars Liked it a lot Ev...Another one bites the dust. And by that I mean another book falls prey to the unnecessary creation of drama around the high quality books this week, but Beyond the Skyline fell short even though it started out very promising So the dialogue was not the greatest and the characters were somewhat juvenile in their Fireflies, is the where are from question followed by where are you from originally Or where are you from, your heritage After the other character has stated that the London or Cambridge area they grew up in and presumably in their equally British acce Overall I enjoyed it It s the 3rd book I ve read by this author in the last few weeks I appreciate the promise of a happy ending ...
