color and dimension to the book She gives methods and pathways of energies within the body, and pointers on how to stimulate areas that might be in need of clearing However, her ideas are sometimes balanced, calm after the class But some of the stories from this book and the supporting explanations just seem too bizarre for me to wrap my head around I m going to continue doing some of the
