anyone with a working knowledge of gems and especially minerals, as many of the specimens in the book are mislabeled The photos were taken by someone without an expertise in photographing transparent materials, and to make matters worse the images are reproduced at low resolution such that it is impossible to clearly identify species or inclusions.One section of the book organizes gems Gems
