Volume 6This book had some of my favorite Furuba scenes Mainly, the meeting of Machi and Kakeru and the start of the summer vacation home arc The translation still feels off for both Kyo and Tohru And I noticed some of Haru s text waselongated I m still faithful to the Tokyopop translations, so maybe TP was the unfaithful one and YenPress is the most faithful Really, Kyo just feels like a slangy bumpkin and Tohru looses part of her politeness I love the comic, and will continue skipping volume This book had some of my favorite Furuba scenes Mainly, the meeting of Machi and Kakeru and the I read them both in English and French and I did get into a lot of arguments over the plot points, since in French, it was clearer and they madesense than what was out in English at the time Sort of petty, but I m glad I got vindicated in my views with this new edition The characters are so muchindep I know I keep citing the translation work on these, but it really does make a difference in the
