The Smoke of Her Burning I did get hold of the first 3 books and am very pleased I did Red Horse starts with some background to Hollie Babbit and his start as a mercenary in the 30 Years War, then links into his involvement in The English Civil war on the side of Parliament It seems he joined the Parliamentary Army for wages but is soon fighting on their side fo As mentioned in my review of The
