worked The prose was very compelling It was intense The chemistry between the hero and heroine leapt off the page For the first time in awhile with an HP I actually read thru all the smexy scenes instead of skimming them.The hero out for revenge due to a tortured past He sees the heroine and like a warrior from history views her as the spoils of war I liked how one saw his emotional undoing once involve The Russian s Acq...I don t know I decided to abandon the book because I didn t feel the chemistry with the main characters The story started a little slow for me and I didn t feel connected with it I will try to read it later _I liked it because at the start you think he s gonna be one of those hardass mean alphas, but he s really pretty mushy and gets his misconceptions re the sweet, innocent, charity loving orphan heroine straightened out fairly quickly He s lonely and nice, she s sweet and nice, they keep tryin...Se disfruta.
