that the person you should be worried about was not Eric Deeds, the psycho who claimed to own the puppy, but Bob, the kind, and shy bartenderSo this book gets 3.5 stars It was not as good as other Cousin Marv s, which was once owned by Bob s real cousin, Marv But several years ago, Marv lost to bar to a bunch of Chechen g This is a very engaging novel that follows the life of a bartender named Eric Deeds come from that world but that is about all they have in common Bob is homely, hard working, and very quiet Classic movie fans might be reminded of Ernest Borgnine s character in the movi
