had something happen to her Something big And it s really changed her At first, I was worried this change wasn t genuine, but rest assured, it was Marissa knows she doesn t deserve a second chance from Olivia, but she s glad she is given one I don t deserve a second chance I don t deserve anybody s trust or confidence Then there is Nash Davenport The real Nash The one thats been in hiding the Marissa in the first two books She was rich, spoiled, snobby, and completely rude to Olivia, her own cousin In the second book, Up to Me, the Russian Mafia mistakenly kidnapped Marissa instead of Olivia when they were trying to gain leverage WARNING IF YOU HAVE NOT READ DOWN TO YOU BAD BOYS 1 AND UP TO ME BAD BOYS 2 , YOU MIGHT NOT WANT TO READ THIS REVIEW AS IT WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS FROM THE FIRST TWO BOOKS I will admit that I was hesitant prior to starting this novel because I HATED Marissa in the first two b...Am I going blind or does the description say with Nash O rushes to read the second book to figure wtf is happeningThis book picks up where Up To Me left offbasically with Marissa trying to get her life back on track She went through a horrible experience but thankfully it wasn t as bad as it could ve been It was just enough for her to question who she is andwhat she s doing Is it enough for her to make some life changing choices I have to say that the last ten percent of the book is what saved it for me because as much as I wanted to forgive Marissa and believe that her intentions were pure, it s This book picks up where Up To Me left offbasically with Marissa trying to get her life back on track She went through a horrible experience but thankfully it wasn t as bad as it could ve been It was just enough for her to question who she is andwhat she s doing Is it enough for her to make some life changing choices I have to say that the last ten percent of the book is what saved it for me because as much as I wanted to forgive Marissa and believe that her intentions were pure, it s a hard thing to do I mean, come on, it s hard to start pulling for the Wicked Witch and well, Marissa was pretty wicked And then we have Mr He Who Will Remain Unnamed well, IMO he is definitely NO Cash I get the whole uber bad guy that needs a good woman thingreally, I do but he just wore on me I got tired of h...2 2.5 Disappointing Stars Warning This is not a glowing review and my review may contain information that could spoil things I did not intentionally try to spoil anything It s just how I strongly felt about this book I wish my rating and review would have gone a different way as I truly enough this author s stories I m not one to generally write negative reviews but I felt strongly about this one and therefore I m writing this review I m in the minority on this one when I say I found 2 2.5 Disappointing Stars Warning This is not a glowing review and my review may contain information that could spoil things I did not intentionally try to spoil anything It s just how I strongly felt about this book I wish my rating and review would have gone a different way as I truly enough this author s stories I m not one to generally write negative reviews but I felt strongly about this one and therefore I m writing this review I m in the minority on this one when I say I found this book to be lacking in a good story line and in a good Hero I was sorely disappointed with the final book What I did like 1 Dual POV2 How the dad s crime case played out in the end.3 The ending4 Marissa s need to transform for the better.5...BR with Jo and Sammy perfectly honest, I hated Marissa in Down to You, she was a total bitch to Olivia and even though she seemed like she changed in Up to Me after being taken hostage by the Russian mafia, I wasn t completely sure that she had changed OR if she did that she was going to be able to BR with Jo and Sammy DO NOT read this review unless you ve read Down to You AND Up to Me This review WILL reveal spoilers from those books, so I strongly suggest you read those books BEFORE you read this review I will be perfectly honest, I hated Marissa in Down to You, she was a total bitch to Olivia and even though she seemed like she changed in Up to Me after being taken hostage by the Russian mafia, I wasn t completely sure that she had changed OR if she did that she was going to be able to stick with it and not return to the formerly bitchy, self centered person she was in Down to You I also didn t know how I d like Nash in this book He was a total jerk most of the time in Up to Me and after the epilogue in that book I was really wary going into this book I thought Nash would be trouble throughout this whole book because he had so much resentment and bitterness towards Cash and everyone else b...Hmmm Yes, I m definitely curious to see where this story is going.
