Paleo lifestyle It s so muchthan that Durant thoughtfully explores how we got to this societal construct the industrial food complex, the price we pay for our absurd commutes and our sedentary work environments, sleep habit...Meh Wish I would have got it from the library instead of buying it Nothing new, scattershot, packed with personal opinion and anecdotes and very little science Annoying to evolution really interesting I also liked the practical tips However, it was very repetitive and most of the ideas I had heard before not exclusive to paleo As I read on and on I fo...I m not sure how to review this book It s written in an easy to read voice that I enjoyed however, I was already familiar with the topic I saw the author on the Cobert Report and have read several articles on his theories As a result, I was rather bored when reading it but that s not the author s fault Again, I really enjoyed how it was written I thought the theories of the book could have been strengthened by arigorous review of the scientific literaturebut I m guessing the publ I m not sure how to review this book It s written in an easy to read voice that I enjoyed however, I was already familiar with
